As an Admin Assistant, you will be managing the calendar and travel arrangements for the company’s owner, performing general receptionist duties, and maintaining a high level of organization in a dynamic work environment. The position may also require occasional travel between offices, so reliable transportation is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in calendar management, preferably with Outlook, and a background in travel coordination. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English and a solid understanding of legal documents are a must. A notary certification is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills to excel in this role.
